Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions
Update and Effective Date: June 14, 2024
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by C&G Photographers (“we,” “our,” “us”) to our clients (“you,” “your”). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Booking & Payment
A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as agreed.
All payments must be made via the approved channels provided by C&G Photographers.
Full payment must be completed prior to delivery of final work, unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All payments made to C&G Photographers are non-refundable.
The only exception applies to payments made less than one (1) week prior to a refund request.
In such cases, a refund may be issued, subject to a 2.5% deduction from the total payment as a logistics and processing fee.
Payments made more than one week earlier are strictly non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or change of plans.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days.
3. Service Delivery
We will deliver photography and related services as agreed in your booking contract, proposal, or quote.
Creative direction, editing style, and artistic choices remain at the discretion of C&G Photographers.
Delivery timelines will be communicated at the point of booking. Delays caused by force majeure or client-side issues will not make us liable for compensation.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate details (location, time, access, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
For location shoots, it is the client’s responsibility to secure permissions, safety clearance, and access rights where necessary.
Clients must arrive on time for sessions. Late arrivals may reduce shooting time without affecting agreed fees.
5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All images created by C&G Photographers remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted usage rights strictly for the purposes agreed (e.g., personal, commercial, advertising, e-commerce).
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or modification of our work without prior consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we exercise the highest professional care, we shall not be held liable for:
Losses or damages beyond our reasonable control (e.g., technical failure, natural disaster, third-party delays).
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or images.
Our liability in any case is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
